Due to the current snow storm, and in the interest of your safety and well-being, we would like residents to know that the building staff has gone through an extensive pre-storm checklist of the building’s systems and equipment to enable them to perform as intended during and after the storm. In the event of any outages or emergencies, our team is standing by and prepared to address any problems that may arise.

We encourage our residents to prepare by stocking up on essential supplies. This might include food, a flashlight, batteries, bottled water, medications, a manual can opener and cash. Keep in mind that if the building or parts of the city lose power, local stores will be closed, and ATMs will not be available.

Be sure to charge your cell phones and turn your refrigerator/freezer to a colder setting. Close and lock all windows or plan to send someone to your apartment with keys to do so if you are out of town. Inadvertently leaving windows open during any type of storm, can result in damage to the building’s internal structure, as well as your personal property.

If you have a terrace or patio, please secure items outside or temporarily bring them into your apartment.
